GrabGifts are e-vouchers, suitable for all occasions. Fun to give. Even more fun to receive. One voucher that enables one-off discount on Grab mobile Superapp to services such as transport, food, express and, mart delivery.
طريقة الاستخدام
- Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed
- Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
- Click on “Redeem Your Gift”
- Select a Grab service (Transport / Food / Mart / Express) of your choice and click on “Get Your Voucher”
- Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
- To use your voucher
- On Grab app home screen, click on a service of your choice
- Enter the necessary details to place an order or to make a booking
- Tap on Offer / Add an offer
- Select the GrabGifts voucher you want to use and tap on Use Now / Apply
- Review your booking details and place your order
الشروط
- Voucher validity is as mentioned above
- Valid on the latest Grab app version only
- A successful redemption is only made upon checkout
- Each voucher must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable)
- Not valid for cash transactions
- Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind
- Voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed
- Only one voucher is valid per order
- Terms and conditions specific to Grab Transport
- Valid on JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCoach, GrabFamily, GrabPet and Standard Taxi only
- Not applicable on GrabHitch, GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress
- Standard tolls, taxi booking fees and surcharges (if any) are applicable
- Terms and conditions specific to Grab Food
- This voucher is applicable for use on a single GrabFood order in Singapore only
- Voucher cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee
- Valid for selected GrabFood outlets only
- Terms and conditions specific to Grab Mart
- Voucher cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee
- Valid for selected GrabMart outlets only
- Terms and conditions specific to Grab Express
- Valid on GrabExpress service only
- Standard tolls, taxi booking fees and surcharges (if any) are applicable
- Grab reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time
